Originally incorporated in 2021 to support Swish Fibre and later the rest of the Fern Fibre ISPs (backed by Octopus Investments), InfraConnex has provided fibre-to-the-home capability to over 55,000 homes across the UK.

Our team doesn’t just know fibre—they live and breathe it. From civils to cable pull-through, splicing to testing, every step is handled by experienced professionals who know the nuances (and nuisances) of a proper fibre build.

Thanks to a solution-first project management approach, we keep clients on track and on budget. And behind the scenes? A robust Back Office team and street works wizards, ensuring permits, programmes, and communications align like, well… fibre-optic strands.

We also provide street work maintenance for ISPs, proactively resolving local authority defects to prevent penalties and ensure the network remains squeaky clean.
